摘要 采用高温固相法成功制备了K_(1-x)Sr_4(BO3_)_3···xPr^(3+)发光材料。X射线衍射图谱表明,所合成的样品具有Ama2空间点群对称结构。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,样品颗粒分散度和结晶性好,形貌不规则且表面分布有毛绒状细丝。当Pr^(3+)的掺杂摩尔分数为1%时,样品发光强度最大。样品吸收光谱、漫反射光谱与激发谱、发射谱呈现良好的镜像关系。 Luminescent materials of K1-xSr4(BO3)3:xPr3+ are successfully prepared with the high-temperature solid-state method. The X-ray diffraction patterns show that the synthesized sample has a symmetrical structure of Ama2 space point group. The scanning electron microscopy analysis results show that the sample has good dispersion degree and crystallinity although its appearance is irregular and fluffy. When the doped mole fraction of Pr3+ is 1%, the light intensity of the sample reaches the maximum. The absorption and diffuse reflection spectra are well enantiomorphous with excitation and emission spectra.
