摘要
基于领导力特质理论、行为理论和权变理论框架,对近年来领导力和组织创造力的研究成果进行综述,提出未来研究方向。领导力与组织创造力的关系错综复杂,但研究表明,领导力是影响组织创造力的重要因素,领导特质、领导行为对组织创造力产生直接的或间接的影响,权变因素(如追随者个体因素、组织情境因素)调节领导特质、领导行为与组织创造力的关系。
On the basis of explaining the concept and research model of organizational creativity, this article reviews the researches of leadership and organizational creativity in recent years though a theory framework of leadership trait theory, behavior theory and contingency theory, and finally draws the conclusion and puts forward the views on the future research direction. Most studies show that leadership is an important factor in influencing organizational creativity; leader traits and behaviors have direct or indirect effects on organizational creativity; contingency factors, for examples, followers factors, organization environment factors, moderate the relationship of leader traits, leader behaviors and organization Creativity.
