摘要 目前,国内大部分干燥设备所采用的燃料以煤炭为主,普遍存在设备体积大,附属设备多,能源消耗高,环境污染大的弊端。已不能满足国家节能减排和清洁生产的要求,不利于我国经济和环境的可持续发展。而天然气是一种高效、清洁能源,燃烧过程中基本不排放SO2和粉尘,节能、环保优势明显,是国家能源发展的重点。2015年底,贵溪冶炼厂铜精矿预干燥生产系统进行燃料升级,采用天然气替代燃煤燃烧供热,将原有的燃煤热风炉升级改造为天然气热风炉。通过不断的生产实践和摸索改进,最终实现了生产连续稳定、节能环保明显的目标。为进一步推动天然气在干燥行业的应用提供了实践经验。 At present, most of the drying equipment in China adopt coal as the main fuel, which has the disadvantages of large volume of equipment, large number of auxiliary equipment, high energy consumption and environmental pollution. Has not been able to meet the national energy-saving emission reduction and cleaner production requirements, is not conducive to China's economic and environmental sustainable development. Natural gas is a kind of high efficiency, clean energy, combustion process basically does not emit SO2 and dust, energy saving, environmental protection advantages, is the focus of national energy development. By the end of 2015, Guixi Smelter Copper Concentrate pre-drying production system to upgrade the fuel, the use of natural gas instead of coal combustion heating, the original coal-fired hot blast furnace upgrade to natural gas hot blast stove. Through continuous production practice and exploration and improvement, and uhimately achieve the production of continuous stability, energy saving and environmental protection goals. To further promote the application of natural gas in the dry industry provides practical experience.
