向海与查干湖湿地水环境化学特征对其浮游植物群落结构差异性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Water Environmental Chemical Characteristics on Difference of Phytoplankton Community Structure in Xianghai and Chagan Lake Wetlands

摘要 利用CANOCO4.5软件研究向海与查干湖湿地浮游植物群落结构的差异性,并结合湿地补水水环境化学因子的差异性,分析湿地浮游植物群落结构差异性的成因.结果表明:向海与查干湖湿地的地理和气候等环境条件相似,其水环境化学因子均存在污染,查干湖湿地水环境化学污染程度较严重;两个湿地浮游植物的群落结构分布相似,均为蓝藻门丰度最大,查干湖湿地检出浮游植物种类及优势种均偏少,各门检出种类数量存在一定差异;pH、总磷(TP)、生化需氧量(BOD5)和碳酸氢盐为影响向海湿地浮游植物分布的主要水环境化学因子,而pH、TP、总氮(TN)、溶解氧(DO)和BOD5为影响查干湖湿地浮游植物分布的主要水环境化学因子;湿地区域土地利用程度及补水来源是向海与查干湖湿地水环境特征及浮游植物群落结构特征存在显著差异的主要原因. Using CANOCO4.5 software, we investigated the difference of the structure of phytoplankton communities in Xianghai and Chagan Lake wetlands, combined with the difference of water environmental chemical factors in wetland water supplement, and analyzed the causes of the difference of phytoplankton community structure. The results show that the geographical and climatic conditions are similar to those of Xianghai and Chagan Lake wetlands, there are pollution phenomena of the water environmental chemical factors in Xianghai and Chagan Lake wetlands, and the pollution degree of water environment in the Chagan Lake wetland is more serious than that in Xianghai wetland. Furthermore, the structure of phytoplankton communities is similar in the two wetlands,and the abundance of Cyanophyta is the largest, the species and dominant species of phytoplankton in Chagan Lake wetland are less than those in Xianghai wetland, and the number of detected species in each phylum exist certain differences, pH, total phosphorus (TP), biochemical oxygen demand (BODs) and bicarbonate are the main water environmental chemical factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton in the Xianghai wetland, while pH, TP, total nitrogen (TN), dissolved oxygen (DO) and BODs are the main water environmental chemical factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton in the Chagan Lake wetland. The significant differences of characteristics of water environment and structure characteristics of phytoplankton community between Xianghai wetland and Chagan Lake wetland are mainly caused by land use degree and the characteristics of supplementary water.
