摘要
通过总结农村沼气工程发展的背景、重要性和存在的问题,重点分析沼气工程增温装置物联网控制系统包括增温装置、物联网技术、控制系统等的研究现状。本研究选用由太阳能增温模块、空气能增温模块、反应器增温模块、储热水箱等4大模块组成的多能互补型水循环增温装置,采用中温转筒仓式干发酵方式和因特网P2P云通讯方式,对系统方案进行了总体设计。
The article summarizes the development background, the importance and problems in rural methane project, including the research on warming facility, Internet of Things technology and control system. The research scheme and the design concept of the system are researched in the paper. The warming facility of multifunction and mutual complementary system combined with solar active heating module, air heating module, reactor heating module and storage tank, heating in mesophilic fermentation and cloud communication method P2P are adopted in the design of the overall technology proposal of the research.
