摘要
目的分析对于先天性马蹄内翻足者实施距下完全松解术的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月-2015年1月我院接收的64例马蹄内翻足患者为研究对象,对其开展距下完全松解术治疗,分析临床效果。结果经为期2年随访得知,优秀82足,良好4足,2足为可。无治疗差者。治疗优良率为97.73%,随访期间无足外翻以及距骨坏死案例。结论对于先天性马蹄内翻足患者,使用距下完全松解术进行治疗,可达到跟骨完全复位的效果以及使其转位至距骨下方,使用这种方式,除了可以在最大程度上矫正足部畸形之外,也能够良好恢复足部和小腿之间的关系,不失为治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的公允方式,值得进一步在临床治疗中推广使用。
