摘要
目的探讨以多学科协作治疗(multi—disciplinary team,MDT)为导向的以问题为基础学习教学方法(problem—based learning,PBL)在急诊医学教学中的应用效果。方法采用实验对照方法。将2013年1月~2016年1月在武汉大学人民医院急诊科,包括急诊监护室(emergency intensive care unit,E1CU)实习的武汉大学2009级-2011级五年制临床医学专业74名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组38人和对照组36人。实验组采用以MDT为导向的PBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法(lecture—based learning,LBL)。比较两组学生的考试成绩,并对两组学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生理论考试成绩和临床技能考核成绩分别为(91.8±6.5)分和(86.6±5.6)分,对照组学生理论考试成绩和临床技能考核成绩分别为(85.6±5.3)分和(80.7±5.7)分,两组学生成绩差异均具有统计学意义(P均〈0.01)。实验组学生对以MDT为导向的PBL教学方法的评价优于对照组学生对传统教学方法的评价,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论以MDT为导向的PBL教学方法能够提高医学生的学习成绩,有利于医学生临床综合能力和综合素质的培养。
Objective To investigate the effect of new teaching model of problem-based learning (PBL) guided by muhi-disciplinary team(MDT) in clinical teaching practice of emergency intensive care medicine(EICU). Methods Using experimental comparative methods, 74 students majoring five-years clinical medicine program grade 2009-2011 Wuhan University who practiced in the department in EICU from January 2013 to January 2016 were divided into experimental group (38 cases, with PBL combined with MDT teaching method) and control group (36 cases, with the lecture-based learning method). Scores of two groups were compared and analyzed and questionnaire survey was conducted in experimental group. Results Experimental group achieved better scores (91.8 ± 6. 5 ) in theory examination and (86. 6 ± 5.6) in case of practice examination compared with those of control group ( 85.6 ± 5.3 ) in theory examination and (80.7 ±5.7) in case of practice examination ) (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Problem-based learning teaching method guided by multi-disciplinary team in clinical teaching can improve students a- chievement, strengthen the cultivation of students' clinical thinking ability, improve the students' clinical comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality.
