摘要
介绍新型干法水泥项目的发展概况,分析该类项目的工程内容、产排污特征以及主要环境风险,阐述重大危险源识别、最大可信事故源项分析评价的方法,为新型干法水泥项目的环境评价与风险管理提供技术借鉴与参考。
The paper introduces the basic facts of Cement Dry Process Project in China,as well as analyzing its project content,the characteristics of pollution sources,the environmental impacts and environmental risks. Besides,the technique of major hazards identification and the most credible accident source item analysis have been put forward. It will provide a technology reference for environmental assessment and risk management of cement dry process project.
