摘要
冲击碾压是当前地基处理中流行的一项工艺,具备压实效率高、处理深度大、经济性好等常规碾压工艺不具备的优势,特别在山区地形复杂地区,可以灵活开展施工。文章以南方低矮丘陵山区地基处理工程为研究背景,采用32kJ冲击碾压设备对松铺80cm、100cm、120cm三个冲压试验小区进行32遍冲压处理,探讨冲压过程不同深度范围内压实度变化规律、沉降观测变化规律以及荷载试验规律。研究表明,当松铺厚度为100cm时,冲压24遍后,上、中、下三个部位0~70cm范围压实度分别为96.5%、93.4%、90.6%,累计沉降量占松铺厚度的比重为15.5%,承载力特征值>200kN,均能满足施工要求。
Impact rolling is a popular process in the current foundation treatment, it has the advantages of high compaction efficiency, high processing depth and good economy which the conventional rolling process won't have, especially in the complex areas of mountainous terrain, the construction can be carried out flexibly.With the foundation treatment project in the low hilly area of southern China as research background,this article adopted 32 kJ impact rolling equipment to carry out 32 times of stamping treatments for three stamping test sections of loose-paving 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm,and discussed the compaction degree change law, subsidence observation change law and load test law with different depth range during the stamping.The research showed that,when the loose paving thickness is 100 cm,after 24 times of stamping, the compaction degree of the upper, middle and lower parts within 0-70 cm is 96. 5%, 93. 4% and 90. 6% respectively, the accumulated subsidence amount is 15. 5% of loose paving thickness,and the bearing capacity characteristic value is greater than 200 kN, which can all meet the construction requirements.
