摘要
该研究主要是结合《急诊标准化管理方案》中的各项目实施工作与推进工作,改善急诊的就诊布局,实现其抢救室配置的标准化以及建立健全急诊的管理制度等,使急诊就诊的布局具有更高的合理性,同时也促进其工作制度及其流程和培训方案的规范化,实现急诊科管理的规范化与标准化,进而实现急诊科管理质量的提高,最终增加工作人员与患者的满意度。
The paper mainly improves the diagnosis layout according to the implementation work and promotion work of various projects in the standardized management plan in the department of emergency, realizes the standardization of setting in the emergency room and establishes and improves the emergency management system and makes the emergency and di-agnosis layout more rational, at the same time, promots the standardization of work system and process and training plan, re-alizes the standardization and uniformity of emergency management thus realizing the improvement of management quality in the department of emergency and increasing the satisfactory degree of working staff and patients.
