摘要
[目的]观察薯蓣粥对2型糖尿病病人血糖、血脂的影响,为薯蓣粥的推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]以某三级甲等医院糖尿病健康教育俱乐部的2型糖尿病病人为对象,用随机数字表法将符合纳入条件的2型糖尿病病人90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规门诊随访和健康教育,试验组在此基础上施予薯蓣粥,每日1次,连续干预12周。对两组病人干预前后血糖、血脂等指标用方案数据分析(per-protocol population,PP)和意向性分析(intention to treat,ITT)方法进行分析。[结果]干预12周后两组间空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖值,经PP分析和ITT分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脂指标PP分析仅三酰甘油(TG)值组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ITT分析仅总胆固醇(TC)值组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在生活质量方面,干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]薯蓣粥对2型糖尿病病人具有降低空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖的作用,对血脂水平的调节作用尚不确定。在干预12周的过程中,未对2型糖尿病病人生活质量造成不良影响。
Objective: To observe the influence of Dioscorea opposita porridge on blood glucose and blood lipid inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide a scientific basis for the promotiooscorea opposita porridge. Methods: A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from a grade A tertiaryhospital's health education club were randomly divided trito experimental group and control group by randomnumber table method,45 cases n each The patients n control groupwere given the routine outpatient followup and health education,and on the basis, the patients in experimental group were given Dioscorea opposita po-- ridge once a day. That was continuously tritervened for 12 weeks. The scores of blood glucose and blood lipid were measured before and after the tritervention and were analyzed by per - protocol population(PP) and Inten-tion to treat(ITT) methods. Results: After 12 weeks intervention, the values of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose of postprandial 2 h were analyzed by PP analysis and ITT analysis,the difference was statistically signi-- icant(P〈0. 05). In the blood lipid indexes,PP analysis only showed that the between group TG was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). ITT analysis only showed that the between - group difference value of TC was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups on other differences(P〉0. 05). There was no significant difference in the quality in the quality of life between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusions: Dioscorea opposita porridge had the effect for reducing fasting blood glpostprandial 2 h in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the regulation of tain. During the 1 2 week intervention, there was no adverse effect on the quality of life of patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.
