摘要
鉴于测量轴系扭转角度的正确性将决定扭矩和功率测量结果的准确性,通过分析构成光电非接触式轴功率仪的电子测量系统的量化精度、随轴转动的光电码盘安装的偏心度和垂直度、传感器温度漂移等方面引起测量误差的原因,从几何关系和相对误差角度分析这些原因与最终测量误差之间的数学关系,推导了各种产生误差原因的误差容限.分析结果表明:通过在该设备监测过程中有针对性的调整对测量误差有较大影响的安装环节,可以提高测量的准确性.该结论可对基于相位差的对光电非接触式轴功率仪的设计、安装和提高此类设备的测量精度提供理论指导.
Due to the correctness of the shafting torsional angle measurement determmes the accuracy of the torque and power measurement result, the causes of measurement error were analyzed through researching the quantitative accuracy of the instrument, eccentricity and verticality of light code disc during the installation of shaft rotational, temperature drift of sensors and other aspects of the non- contact photoelectric shaft power meter. Mathematical relationship was analyzed between these rea- sons and final measurement error from the perspective of geometric and relative error, and various causes of error and error tolerance was deduced. The analysis results show that accuracy of measure- ment can be improved by the targeted installation adjustment, which has a great influence on the measuring error during the process of monitoring the equipment. The conclusions provide theoretical guidance to design and installation of the non-contact photoelectric shaft power meter and improve the measuring accuracy of this kind of equipment.
