摘要
以辽宁省13个市2020名新毕业师范生为被试,采用自编问卷为调查工具,对其就业现状、职业发展和生存境况进行调查,发现学历层次对其就业、任教具有一定影响;新毕业师范生表现出从教适应关键期特征;工资、住房等生存境况是影响师范毕业生农村任教稳定性的重要因素。
This study selects 2020 high school teachers of new normal school graduates as subjects,who are from 13 cities and counties in Liaoning province. This study is to make some research on the present employment situation,career development and survival condition of new normal school graduates. The results show that:(1)the education level has a certain impact on getting a job and teaching. New normal school graduates show the characteristic of the critical period of teaching adaption. Survival conditions such as the wages,housing condition are important factors which influence the stability of normal school graduates teaching in village.
