摘要
中医文化建设水平是体现中医医院核心竞争力的关键要素之一。介绍中医医院建设中医文化的重要性,并分析基层中医医院中医文化建设存在的主要问题。从调动广大职工的积极性和主动性、多样化、提高实用性和现代化、信息化四个方面对基层中医医院中医文化建设提出相关建议,为广大医院管理者提供参考。
Culture construction of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the key elements that can reflect the core competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The importance and current situation of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture were introduced. Suggestions were put forward from four aspects ineluding mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff, diversification, improving practicality, modernization and informatization to build up the traditional Chinese medicine culture and to provide references for the managers of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
