摘要
目的探讨临床先导联合"三明治"教学模式在培养急诊专科护士核心能力方面的应用及效果评价。方法选取56名重庆市急诊专科护士学员为对照组,对照组沿用常规教学模式;选取64名重庆市急诊专科护士学员为观察组,采用临床先导联合"三明治"教学模式,包括组建教学师资、制订教学计划、设置教学内容及实施教学方案。培训结束后,比较两组急诊专科护士学员的理论、操作考核成绩及工作核心能力。结果两组急诊专科护士学员的理论、操作考核成绩及工作核心能力比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论急诊专科护士学员培训中应用临床先导联合"三明治"教学模式有利于提升其工作核心能力。
Objective To discuss the practice and result of observation - teaching - discussion (OTD) combine with " sandwich" teaching model in cuhi- rating core competence of emergency nursing specialists. Method General teaching mode was implemented in 56 emergency nurses in chongqing as the control group,OTD union "sandwich" teaching model was adopted in 64 emergency nurses in chongqing as the observation group,including forming teaching teachers, developing teaching plans, setting teaching content and the implementation of teaching programme. Theory, operating exams, and core competencies in the tw~ group were compared a(ter training. Results Nurses the observation group had better results in theory, operating exams and core competencies than those in the control group ( P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion OTD combine with " sandwich" teaching model can improve the core competence of emergency nurses.
