摘要
综述了烟梗的膨胀方式、制丝工艺、外观形态及微生物和酶处理工艺在卷烟提质和减害降焦中的应用效果,旨在改进加工工艺,降低卷烟有害成分释放量,提升梗丝在卷烟中的使用量,进而降低卷烟危害性。
The effect of processing technology of cut tobacco stem in relieving harm and reducing tar, such as the expansion style of stem, cut stem processing, morphological appearance, microbial and enzymatic treatment technology were reviewed, in order to improve processing technology,reduce the harmful components of cigarette smoke and increase the added amount in tobacco leaves group, then decrease the harm in cigarette smoking.
