摘要
随着我国高等教育进入市场化和大众化阶段,教育环境的变迁对高校学生工作提出了新挑战。"供给侧改革"是党和国家应对国内外复杂经济形势,以创新引领发展所做出的重大战略部署,其"保障和创造有效供给"的改革思维对高校学生工作具有现实的借鉴价值,有助于破解学生管理体制机制僵化、学生工作模式不平衡、学生工作边界不明确等现实困境,建构"五位一体"的改革路径,有助于提升高校学生工作的准度、精度和效度。
With the marketization and popularity of higher education in our country, the change of the educational environment has brought new challenges to college students service. ＂Supply side reform＂ is a major strategic deployment with innovation leading development for the party and the nation to deal with complex domestic and international economic situation. The thinking of ＂securing and creating effective supply reform＂ has a practical reference value for the service for college students, and helps to solve some practical issues： breaking system and mechanism fossilization in student management, and mode imbalance and unclear boundary in servicing students, etc.. Constructing ＂five--in --one＂ reform path helps improve the accuracy, precision and validity in students service.
