摘要
重机枪的射击过程具有高压、高温、高速度、时间短等突出特点,针对这样的严苛条件,很难用实验的方法对身管涂层的摩擦磨损做研究预测。基于ABAQUS有限元软件平台,以有限元仿真方法,研究了身管涂层的磨损量和磨损状态的分布,以及子弹发射次数增加对身管涂层摩擦磨损的影响。结果表明,身管磨损主要集中在枪口近端位置,随着子弹发射次数的累积增加,磨损量相应增加,而单次磨损量减小,同时计算了发射多次子弹后的总磨损量。
Shooting process of heavy machine gun is characterized by high pressure, high temperature, high speed and short time.For such harsh condition, it is hard to conduct predicting study on frictional wear of barrel coating with experimental method.Based on ABAQUS finite element software platform,with means of finite element simulating method,wear extent and distribution of wear status of barrel coating is stud- ied,including the effect of increased shooting times of bullets on barrel coating wear.The result shows bar- rel wear mainly focuses on muzzle near-end position, accumulated wear extent increases and single wear ex- tent reduces with shooting times increasing,the calculation formula of total wear extent is built after a lot of shooting times.
