摘要
(1)目的将冠状动脉细化为15段,利用256层螺旋CT(MSCT对冠状动脉斑块及管腔狭窄程度之间的关系进行分析,以此为据展开对冠状动脉每个节段病变情况进行细致的诊断和研究。(2)方法选取在我院CT室进行检查的冠心病患者350例作为研究对象。患者临床表现为发作性心绞痛症状且胸闷、气短、心慌、胸部疼痛。其中男210例,女140例。采用的256层极速螺旋CT(荷兰飞利浦公司PhilipsBrillianceiCT型)扫描,结束后将所有原始图像数据传输至匹配的医学成像软件(EBW)后处理工作。(3)结果冠状动脉病变情况体现在冠状动脉各分支节段上的差异分布上,具有统计学意义;分布在冠状动脉各节段上类型不同冠状斑块的差异,具有统计学意义;斑块不同类型引起的管腔狭窄程度的不同差异有统计学意义。(4)结论混合斑块与非钙化斑块能够及早地通过256MSCT检出,对预防冠心病并做到早期诊断冠脉疾病和预防冠心病具有重要意义,同时还能为预防猝死及实施及时、合理的临床手术提供精准的诊断信息。
Objective To refine the coronary artery is 15 paragraph, using 256 layer spiral CT (MSCT coronary artery plaque and the relationship between the degree of luminal stenosis were analyzed,and for each section according to the expansion of coronary artery disease in a detailed diagnosis and research.Methods Selection in our hospital CT chamber for inspection of 350 patients with coro- nary heart disease (CHD) as the research object. Patients with clinical manifestation of onset angina symptoms and chest tightness, shortness of breath, flustered, chest pain. Among them, 210 cases for men and 140 for women. Use of 256 layer speed spiral CT (Dutch philips PhilipsBrillianceiCT type) scan, after the draw all the original image data transmission to the matching of EBW post-processing work.Results Coronary artery disease in reflected in all branches of coronary artery segments on the difference of distribution, with statistical significance. Distribution in the coronary artery segments on differences in different types of coronary plaque, with statistical significance.Patches of different types of degree of luminal stenosis caused by different difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Mixed plaques and non calcified plaque can early through 256 MSCT detection, in preventing coronary heart disease and early diagnosis of coronary artery disease and prevention of coronary heart disease is of great significance, but also can prevent sudden death and implement timely and reasonable clinical surgery to provide accurate diagnostic information.
