摘要
为了探讨权力感对建议寻求的影响,及其中介机制和边界条件。研究一基于组织背景,采用问卷调查的方式对102名企业员工进行了施测,初步发现了权力感、自信及建议寻求行为之间的关系。研究二以119名学生为被试,采用实验的方式,再次验证了三者之间的关系。研究三以179名学生为被试,采用实验的方法,发现了谦卑对"权力感-自信-建议寻求"关系的负向调节效应。
The study investigated er and advice-seeking the relationship between pow- as well as its mechanism and boundary condition. In the present studies were conducted to test our h study, three typothesis. In study 1, based on the data collected from 102 em- ployees by a method of questionnaire survey, we found the positive relationship between power and advice-seeking and the mediation of confidence. We then conducted an experiment of 119 student partici-pants to examine the causal relationship between power, confidence and advice-seeking. At last, the negative moderation of humility was found by a method of experiment based on the data of 179 students.
