摘要
研究考察了影响组织中个体揭发决策的因素。实验一、实验二采用实验室实验的研究方法,分别考察了关系质量和权力对揭发决策的影响;实验三通过情境实验验证了关系质量和权力及其交互作用对组织中个体揭发决策的影响。研究表明,关系质量对揭发决策有负向影响;权力对揭发决策有正向影响;权力调节了关系质量对揭发决策的作用,即高权者的揭发决策不受关系质量的影响,而低权者的揭发决策会受到关系质量的显著负向影响。
This study examined the factorsthat influence indi- viduals' whistleblowing decision. Study 1 and study 2were laboratory experimentswhich examined the effect of guanxi quality and power on whistleblowing decision respectively. Study 3 was a situational ex- periment which examined the effects of guanxi quali- ty, power and their interaction on whisdeblowing de- cision. Results indicated that guanxi quality has a significant negative effect on the whistleblowing deci- sion and power has a significant positive effect on the whistleblowing decision. Moreover, the interaction betweenguanxi quality and power has a significant negative moderating effect on the whistleblowing decision. That is, for individuals with high power, guanxi quality makes no difference to their whistle- blowing decision; for individuals with low power, guanxi quality has a significant negative effect on their whistleblowing decision.
