钢桥面板顶板疲劳开裂位置检测的K值判断方法研究 被引量:2

A K-VALUE JUDGMENT METHOD FOR FATIGUE CRACK POSITION DETECTION IN STEEL BRIDGE DECK ROOF

摘要 在对钢桥面板顶板焊缝疲劳开裂特征进行分析的基础上,针对顶板方向开裂的3种特征类似、位置接近的裂纹判断困难的问题,提出一种疲劳裂纹位置K值(焊趾到裂纹的水平距离)判断方法。通过超声波回波信号及相关参数,比较K值与焊脚尺寸大小,可以对顶板内部裂纹的开裂位置进行判断。考虑U肋板厚及倾斜角度、裂纹深度、裂纹位置、裂纹形态等因素,制作10个人工切割的裂纹试件与3个疲劳试件,通过超声波检测对K值法判断结果进行了验证。试验验证结果表明:K值检测判断顶板开裂位置具有较好的精度,该方法在钢桥面板顶板疲劳开裂位置检测判断中应用可行。 The characteristics of fatigue cracking at the welds of steel bridge deck roof were analyzed. In order to determine the position of three kinds of cracks at roof which had close position and similar characteristics, a K-value (horizontal distance from weld toe to crack) judgment method was proposed. Based on the ultrasonic flaw echo and related parameters, the K-value and weld leg length were compared, thus the position of internal cracks could be acquired. 10 artificial specimens with crack and 3 fatigue test specimens were made by considering the thickness and inclination of U rib, crack depth, crack position and form. With the specimen detection results in ultrasonic method, the K-value method was verified. Test results showed that the K-value judgment method had high precision, and thus could be used to determine the position of the roof fatigue cracking in steel bridges deck detection.
