摘要
采用超声波提取、酶解提取、微波提取及CO_2超临界萃取4种提取方法,优化竹荪的提取工艺,研究不同提取方法对竹荪提取液抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:在超声功率为300 W、酶浓度为0.035 mmol/L、微波功率为700 W、CO_2超临界萃取压力为45 MPa的条件下,竹荪提取液抗氧化活性最好。并且随着竹荪提取液浓度的升高,提取液对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除能力增强。4种提取方法相比较而言,超声波功率为300 W时的竹荪提取液抗氧化活性最好。
In this paper, the extract from Dictyophora indusiata was extracted by ultrasonic wave method, enzymolysis method, microwave method and supercritical CO2 method. And the process was opitimized by comparing the Dictyophora indusiata extract antioxidant activity of different extraction methods. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were found that the optimal ultrasonic power, enzyme concentration, microwave power and supercritical CO2 pressure were 300 W, 0.035 mmol/L, 700 W and 45 MPa respectively. Under these conditions, the extraction possessed the highest antioxidant activity. What's more, with the increase of its concentration, Dictyophora indusiata extract scavenging activities on DPPH and hydroxyl free radicals showed growth. The Dictyophora indusiata with ultrasonic power of 300 W extraction was the best process among the 4 methods.
