摘要
以某型采煤机的调高机构为研究对象,对其关键技术参数进行分析,基于相似理论,推导出相似准则,完成调高机构主要参数的设计;利用遗传算法求解出调高机构的最优解,并通过ADAMS进行仿真分析,验证了基于相似优化设计的采煤机调高模型在运动学和动力学上的可行性,为采煤机调高机构的设计引入了一个全新的思路和方法。
With a certain type of shearer height-regulating mechanism as the research object, the key technical parameters are analyzed, based on the similarity theory, the similarity criterion is derived, the design of height-regulating mechanism main parameters are completed. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the modulation mechanism of the optimal solution, the feasibility of the coal mining height-regulating mechanism model on kinematics and dynamics which designed based on the similarity optimization method is verified with ADAMS, a new idea and method is introduced for the coal height-regulating mechanism design.
