摘要 针对一个小流域范围的实际排水防涝规划案例,分析在排水防涝规划尺度下,如何科学、合理地应用水力模型分析手段,有针对性地构建现状分析和规划评估模型,系统地从城市地表、排水管网、受纳水体等方面逐一剖析内涝成因;并基于水力模型对不同规划方案进行不断反馈试算、调试,以最终确定既满足目标又更为合理的规划方案,统筹实施从"源头"到"末端"的全过程控制,以期为城市防涝规划及管理提供参考。 A drainage plan for a small watershed of a city was used to evaluate the application of hydrauhc models in the urban drainage and flood control planning. The urban land surface, the drainage network, and the receiving water body were analyzed to identify causes of flooding. A legitimate plan was formed by testing hydraulic models of different planning scenarios. Thus, a comprehensive control from headwaters to outlets was implemented, which was able to provide helpful references for the urban drainage and flood control planning and the drainage system management.
