摘要
采用Fenton试剂对PVA浆料进行氧化降解,分析了双氧水体积分数、处理温度、时间及pH值对PVA降解率、PVA降解产物黏度及降解产物UV-Vis谱图的影响。结果表明,降解1 g/L PVA浆料的最优工艺为:双氧水0.8 mL/L,H_2O_2与Fe^(2+)物质的量之比10:1,降解温度70℃,pH值3,时间15 min。降解产物的FI-IR图谱表明,PVA降解生成了含有醛、酮基团的物质;Fenton试剂和澄清石灰水的定性判断表明降解产物中含有醛基和二氧化碳。Fenton试剂对聚丙烯酰胺浆料和玉米淀粉浆料同样具有较好的氧化降解作用。
Fenton reagent is used to oxidatively degrade polyvinyl alcohol. The effects of PVA degradation rate, viscosity and the UV-vis spectrum of PVA aqueous degradation solutions are discussed by H2O2 concentration, temperature, time, and pH value. The results show that the optimal conditions to degrade 1g/L PVA are H202 0.8 mL/L, the molar ratio of H2O2 to Fe2+ 10: 1, temperature 70 ~C, pH value 3 and time 15 min. The FI-IR spectra show that the degraded products contain aldehyde and ketone groups. Fenton reagent and the clarifying limewater verifying test show that PVA is degraded to give out aldehyde compounds and carbon dioxide. Moreover, Fenton reagent can be used to degrade starch and polyacrylamide.
