摘要 介绍了刮板取料机俯仰机构的组成和布置特点,阐述了俯仰机构设计的关键问题。提供了驱动功率计算方法,指导合理选取驱动单元。介绍了钢丝绳的计算选型,针对滑轮和卷筒的钢丝绳偏斜角要求,提出滑轮位置布置的优化设计。对俯仰机构的制动装置进行了分析,提供了超速保护的设计要求,分析了卷筒设计的关注点。研究思路为同类型钢丝绳俯仰机构的设计及优化提供了设计参考。 Provide the composition and the layout characteristics of the luffing mechanism of the scraper reclaimer,and give the key issues in the design of the luffing system. Provide the method of the power calculation, guiding the choose of the power units. Give the select method of the wire rope, according to the requirement of the declination angle not only in the wire rope and the pulley, but also in the wire rope and the drum, then provide the optimization of the layout of pulleys. Analyze the brake system of the luffing system, provide the design requirement of the overspeed protection, and also analyze the design issues of the drum. The whole study will provide a reference for the similar design and optimization of the wire rope luffing system.
