摘要
在对采煤机摇臂与联接架的联接结构进行分析研究的基础上,选择一种结构简单,设计合理,通过设置双头螺柱和紧固部件,实现采煤机摇臂与联接架的固定联接,提高联接结构的承载能力,并使结构更加紧凑。以操作方便,连接可靠,实用性强作为优化设计的目标,以实际工况为设计变量,同时考虑了摇臂长度和材料可靠性因素的影响,推出了新型采煤机摇臂与联接架的联接结构。
On the basis of analysis of the connection structure of shearer ranging arm and the connecting frame on the choice of a simple structure, reasonable design, by setting the stud and fastening parts, realize shearer ranging arm and the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the connection, improve the bearing capacity of the structure, and make the structure more compact. With convenient operation, reliable connection, strong practicability as the target of optimization design, the actual working conditions as design variables, considering the influence factors of arm length and material reliability, launched a new shearer rocker connecting structure and connection frame.
