摘要
传统的煤炭采样机存在一定的问题,为了提高整体的工作效率,保证采样的质量,降低采样过程中的能源消耗,在对机械臂传动系统优化设计中,先建立相应的优化模型,然后应用ADAMS系统和MATLAB系统进行联合仿真,完成优化设计后对其运行的各项参数进行对比分析,发现机械臂的总体质量下降,不同关节的力矩波动减小,有效提高了机械臂传动系统的平稳。
The traditional coal feeder has some problems, in order to improve the overall efficiency, ensure the quality of sampling, reduce the energy consumption in the sampling process. In the optimization design of the manipulator transmission system, the corresponding optimization model is established, and then the ADAMS system and MATLAB system are combined simulation, the parameters of the manipulator are compared and analyzed, the overall quality of the manipulator is decreased, the torque fluctuation of different joints is reduced, effectively improve the arm transmission system.
