摘要
分别采用单因素实验和正交实验考察了十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵(OTAB)和十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(ODBA)四种改性剂以及改性条件对钠基蒙脱土性能的影响,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对改性效果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:四种改性剂均进入蒙脱土片层间,在一定程度上增大了蒙脱土的层间距,且ODBA的改性效果最好。通过正交实验得出:利用ODBA对钠基蒙脱土进行改性,最佳改性条件为反应时间3h,反应温度80℃,改性剂用量1.2CEC(阳离子交换量),蒙脱土层间距由1.152nm增加到了1.931nm。
In this paper, single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB), cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (OTAB) and octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (ODBA) as well as the modification conditions on the properties of natural montmorillonite. The effects of modification were compared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the four modifiers have entered the layer of montmorillonite, increasing the interlayer spacing of montmorillonite to some extent, and the modification effect of the ODBA being the best. In addition, the orthogonal test showed that the optimum reaction time is 3h, the reaction temperature 80℃, and the amount of modifier 1.2CEC ( cation exchange capacity), and the spacing of montmorillonite layer increases from 1.152nm to 1.931nm.
