复方苦参注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察复方苦参注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年4月清丰县人民医院收治的40例非小细胞肺癌患者,对照组采用单纯GP方案治疗,观察组采用复方苦参注射液联合GP方案进行治疗,观察复方苦参注射液联合GP方案的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床获益率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合GP方案可以有效治疗非小细胞肺癌,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
