摘要
目的分析依托微信群开展大学生结核病防治健康教育的效果,为探寻结核病有效的健康教育方式提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样法,抽取潍坊医学院6个班级共307名学生,随机分为传统组与微信组。2组在进行结核病防治知识讲座后,传统组采用发放宣传手册和摆放展板方式、微信组依托微信群开展结核病防治健康教育干预。干预前后采用自行设计的同一问卷进行调查。结果干预前2组大学生结核病各防治知识知晓率、正确态度行为形成率差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);干预后微信组结核病各防治知识知晓率、正确态度行为形成率均高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论传统的结核病干预方式效果不明显,利用微信群开展健康教育是一种有效的干预方式。
Objective To explore the effects of the health education on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students based on WeChat group, and to provide evidence for effective health education. Methods Random sampling method was applied to divide 307 students selected from 6 classes into two groups: the traditional group and the WeChat group. After showing the lectures of tuberculosis preventive knowledge to the two groups, the handbooks of publicity were handed out and the propaganda board was displayed to intervene the traditional group, and the relevant health education was offered to the WeChat group by the way of Wechat. Results There were no significant differences in the awareness rate of the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis, health attitude and behavior between the two groups before the intervention(P〉0.05). However, after the intervention, the rates in WeChat group were higher than those in the traditional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclu- sion The traditional way of tuberculosis intervention has no obvious effects, whereas health education based on WeChat group is an effective way of intervention.
