摘要
青年医师是医院发展的主力军,是医院可持续发展的动力。本文通过总结青年医师的特点,结合现代医院的发展需求,针对年青医生的特点及存在的问题,分析原因,提出加强青年医师的培养建议和对策。
Young doctors are the main force of hospital development and the driving force of sustainable development, Based on the summary of the characteristics of young doctors and the development needs of modem hospitals, according to the characteristics and problems of young doctors, the reasons are analyzed, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the training of young doctors.
