摘要
目的探讨左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退的临床效果。方法选取84例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者进行研究,随机将患者分为两组,分别行旋甲状腺素片(观察组42例)与常规治疗(对照组42例),对比两组效果。结果观察组患者阴道自然分娩率(69.0%),高于对照组(38.1%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者妊娠期高血压、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积及妊娠期糖代谢异常等发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿畸形、新生儿窒息、极低体质量儿及胎死宫中发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用左旋甲状腺素片对妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者进行治疗效果显著,有利于改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy with hypothyroidism, Methods Selected 84 cases with thyroid function in pregnant rats were studied, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, Thyroxine tablets （observation group 42 cases） and routine treatment （control group 42 cases）, the effects of two groups were compared. Results Pati.ents in the observation group the rate of spontaneous vaginal de!ivory （69%）, higher than that of the control group （38.1%）, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈O,05）; glucose metabolism and the patients in the observation group gestational hypertension, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and gestational abnormal incidence were lower than the control group （P〈O.05）; the observation group of neonatal malformation, neonatal asphyxia, VLBWI and intrauterine fetal death rate was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of levothyroxine tablets on the treatment of pregnant women with hypothyroidism is significant, which is helpful to improve the outcome of pregnancy.
