摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在心血管重症监护病房中的应用价值。方法以我院80例心血管重症监护患者为观察对象,随机将其分成两组,每组40例,观察组采取舒适护理,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后各项生命质量相关评分均高于对照组,组间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的满意度为95%,对照组满意度为80%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可改善心血管重症监护患者的生命质量,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing in cardiovascular intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods 80 cases of cardiovascular intensive care patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases. The observation group received comfort care, and the control group received routine care. The nursing effect was compared. Results The observation group after nursing related to the quality of life scores were higher than the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group satisfaction was 95%, the satisfaction of the control group was 80%, there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care can improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of patients with cardiovascular intensive care.
