摘要
本科高校新兴特色专业建设必须着眼于国家战略性新兴产业的发展需要,并为其提供充分的智力支持和人才保障。本文从专业依存度、专业区分度和专业融合度三个层面构建了新兴特色专业的评价体系,明确了新兴特色专业建设必须结合学校办学优势、开展校际错位竞争、服务战略新兴产业需要等原则,提出了"专为校优、一校一品、专产融合"的建设构想。
The construction of emerging majors of universities must serve the development needs of the national strategic emerging industries, and provide adequate intellectual support and personnel security. This paper constructs three-dimensional evaluation system based on the degree of dependence, differentiation and integration, puts forward some principles for major construction, such as utilize the advantage of university, implement dislocation competition among universities, and serve the needs of strategy emerging industries. Finally, this paper draws up the blueprint for emerging major construction, which include that emerging major must be the best one in the university, each university have at least one famous major, and realize mutual promotion between major of university and industry of society.
