摘要
以对氨基苯酚(PAP)为改性剂,采用弱酸-弱碱-弱酸-弱碱法制备了脲醛树脂(UF),并着重探讨了不同因素对游离F含量和胶接强度的影响。研究结果表明:当第2批U加入后添加PAP、最终n(F)∶n(U)=1.1∶1.0、U分批加入质量比为55∶20∶15∶10、初始p H为5.0、反应温度为90℃和w(PAP)=4%(相对于U总质量而言)时,UF的游离F含量(0.18%)满足GB/T 14732—2006标准中的指标要求(≤0.3%)、胶接强度(1.08 MPa)满足GB/T 9846—2015标准中II类胶合板的指标要求,耐水性明显提高,胶合板的F释放量(1.22 mg/L)满足GB/T 18580—2001标准中E1级指标要求(≤1.5 mg/L)。
With p- aminophenol (PAP) as modifier, an urea-formaldehyde resin (UF) was prepared by weak acidity-alkalescence-weak acidity-alkalescence method, and the influences of different factors on free F (formaldehyde) contents and bonding strength were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the free F content(O. 18%) in UF could meet the index requirement(no more than 0.3% ) in GB/T 14732--2006 standard, the bonding strength (1.08 MPa) could meet the index requirement of II-plywood in GB/T 9846--2015 standard, the water resistance could be also obviously improved, and the F emission( 1.22 mg/L) in plywood could meet the index requirement(no more than 1.5 mg/L) of E, level in GB/T 18580--2001 standard when the PAP was introduced into system after adding the second batch U, final molar ratio of F to U was 1.1 : 1.0, mass ratio of urea in batches was 55:20:15: 10, initial pH value was 5.0, reaction temperature was 90 ~C, and mass fraction of PAP was 4% in total U.
