摘要
笔者以A校校友为研究对象,以组织认同理论为指导,构建了校友母校认同影响因素的概念模型。从学校和校友两个维度考察了学校声望、教育质量、服务质量、在校学业、在校经历、工作成就等六个方面对校友母校认同的影响,即对校友的母校情感认同和母校行为认同的影响。研究结果显示:学校声望和教育质量对母校情感认同影响显著,但是对母校行为认同影响不明显;而服务质量、在校学业、在校经历和工作成就这四个因素刚好相反,对母校情感认同影响不显著,但是对母校行为认同影响明显。
Based on organizational identification, this paper builds the conceptual model of alma mater identity to test the impacts of school reputation, education quality, service quality, school study, school experience and working achievements on alma mater identity from emotional and behavioral dimensions, taking alumni of university A as the research object. The findings demonstrate the significant impacts of school reputation and education quality on alma mater identity emotion and the insignificant impacts on alma mater identity behavior as well as the significant impacts of service quality, school study, school experience, and working achievements on alma mater identity behavior and the insignificant impacts on alma mater identification emotion.
