摘要
野战输油管线机动、灵活的工作特点特别适用于减阻剂的使用,因为减阻剂最大的优势就是可以大幅提高管道运输的弹性输量。在野战输油管线中加入减阻剂,能够减小油料流动的摩阻,增加输量,达到多输快输的目的;能够降低管道系统的运行压力,提高其安全性、可靠性;能够进行减站、越站操作,实现不停输状态下对泵机组进行检修维护。本文介绍了研究在野战输油管线中应用减阻剂的意义及国内外研究现状;阐述了研究内容及难点;分析了军事及经济效益。
Field petroleum pipeline is suitable for applying the drag reduction agent （DRA） on because of its automatic, flexible characters, for that the largest advantages of DRA is that it can improve the flexible transporting amount of pipeline transportation. Adding DRA to field petroleum pipeline, can lower the friction resistance of POL flow and increase transporting amount, in order to achieve the purpose that more and faster transportation; can lower the functioning pressure of the pipeline system and improve the safety and reliability; can operate on field petroleum pipeline with station - reducing and station - crossing, reduce transporting power consumption, and ensure the repairing and maintaining of pumping units on running. The meaning of research on applying DRA on field petroleum pipeline was introduced; the recent advance in study in domestic and abroad was reviewed; contents and difficult points of research were described; martial and economic benefits were analyzed.
