摘要
目的通过对郑州市中学生心理状况进行调查,了解郑州市中学生心理状况,为下一步干预提供基础资料。方法采用随机整群抽样在郑州市抽取1所高中,2所初中,共计1 387名学生,使用中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)进行现场问卷调查。结果郑州市中学生心理总均分为2.01,心理问题检出率为45.00%,其中轻度心理问题39.80%,无严重心理问题;学习压力感出现中度及以上心理问题的比例最高;男生和女生各种心理状况分布差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);高中学生具有良好心理状况的比例低于初中学生(P<0.05);生活费够花、有无话不谈同学(朋友、家人)、家庭快乐、学习快乐的学生具有良好心理状况的比例高于其他组别学生(P<0.05)。结论郑州市中学生心理问题检出率较高,自我感觉环境较为宽松的学生具有良好心理状况比例较高。
Objective To understand the mental health status of middle school students by investigated thepsychological status in Zhengzhou city, and to provide evidence for the prevention. Methods A total of 1387 middleschool students were selected from a city by stratified cluster sampling, and then they were investigated with MentalHealth Inventory of Middle School Students （MMHI-60）. Results The average psychological total score was 2.01, thedetection rate of psychological problems among middle school students in Zhengzhou city was 45.0%, the mildpsychological problems was 39.8%, there was no serious psychological problems. The press of study with moderate andabove psychological problems was the highest. There were no significant differences in detection rates of psychologicalproblems and average scores of the scale between boys and girls （P〉0.05）, the proportion of senior high school studentswith good psychological status is lower than junior high school students （P〈0.05）; the students who have enough livingexpenses, a friend can talk about anything, feel the family happy, feel happy to learn had a better psychological statusthan the other groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of middle school students＇ psychological problems ishigh in Zhengzhou city, self-perception of a more relaxed environment students have a high proportion of good mentalstate.
