摘要
根据血红蛋白对不同波长的红外光相异的吸收特性,引入波长为850nm的红外光源作为主动红外光源,组装、调试了一台静脉穿刺辅助装置,用PC实现了图像的采集、显示,并用Matlab软件对原始图像进行了感兴趣区域的裁剪,通过对裁剪后图像的预处理、图像分割、轮廓跟踪以及二值化,最终得到了较为理想的二值图像。
According to the different absorption characteris- tics of hemoglobin to different wavelengths of infrared light, we introduced infrared light source with a wavelength of 850nm. After that we assembled and debugged a venipunc- ture auxiliary device, realized the collection and display of imagine with the help of PC, and cut the interested area of the original image. Then we did preprocessing, image seg- mentation, contour tracing and the ideal binarization pictures were got finally.
