延长气田缓蚀剂优选评价及现场应用 被引量:3

Optimization and Application of Corrosion Inhibitors in Yanchang Gasfield

摘要 模拟延长气田现场环境,通过高温高压动态挂片法对3种市售常用缓蚀剂进行效果评价,针对其不足,室内自主合成并筛选得到适用延长气田的一种水溶性缓蚀剂和一种油溶性缓蚀剂,研究其缓蚀性能和作用机理,并采用2种不同的缓蚀剂加注工艺进行缓蚀剂现场试验。实验结果表明:水溶性缓蚀剂MZL-1402和油溶性缓蚀剂MZY-C性能最佳,加量为100 mg/L时缓蚀率均超过90%;在现场试验过程中,2种缓蚀剂都表现出良好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率在80%以上。 Under the condition of simulating Yanchang Gasfield environment, the effect of 3 kinds of commonly used commercial corro- sion inhibitors was evaluated by high temperature and high pressure hanging-piece test. In the light of the shortcomings of three commer- cial corrosion inhibitors,3 kinds of water soluble corrosion inhibitors and 3 kinds of oil soluble corrosion inhibitors were synthesized in laboratory,and one kind of water soluble corrosion inhibitor MZL-1402 and one kind of oil soluble corrosion inhibitor MZY-C were screened out. The corrosion inhibition performance and mechanism of MZL-1402 and MZY-C were studied,and the field tests were car- ried out using two kinds of dosing technology. It is shown that, MZL-1402 and MZY-C have good corrosion inhibition performance, the corrosion inhibition rate is more than 90% when the dosage is 100 mg/L;in the field test, two kinds of corrosion inhibitors showed good corrosion inhibition effect, and the corrosion inhibition rate is above 80%.
