正畸治疗对牙周病患者牙龈退缩的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨正畸治疗对牙周病患者牙龈退缩的疗效。方法回顾性分析80例牙周病合并牙龈退缩患者的临床资料,均在牙周基础治疗后进行正畸治疗,比较治疗前、后患者牙周袋的探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)及牙龈退缩量(RD)。结果患者治疗后PD为(3.05±0.19)mm、CAL为(1.79±0.37)mm、RD为(1.51±0.60)mm,均明显优于治疗前的(5.44±1.04)mm、(1.93±0.55)mm、(2.73±0.71)mm,患者治疗前、后PD、CAL及RD值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对有正畸治疗要求且伴有牙周病的患者制定合适的矫治方案,能够有效改善牙龈退缩的情况,促进患者的咀嚼功能恢复且达到美观要求。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of orthodontic treatment on gingival recession in patients with periodontal disease. Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of patients with periodontal disease and gingival recession were retrospectively analyzed and all the patients were treated with orthodontic treatment after periodontal treatment, the depth of probing (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL) and gingival recession (RD) were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of PD, CAL and RD were (3.05±0.19) mm, (1.79±0.37) mm and (1.51±0.60) mm, which were obviously less than (5.44±1.04) ram, (1.93±0.55) mm and (2.73±0.71) mm before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Appropriate orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontal disease can effectively improve the situation of gingival recession, and promote the recovery of masticatory function and appearance.
