摘要
流纹缺陷是镀锌家电板生产过程中,产品表面经常出现的缺陷。为提升产品质量,唐山国丰钢铁公司对产生锌流纹的因素进行了Pareto分析。认为了带钢抖动、气刀工艺参数调整不当及锌液中铝元素含量超标是造成流纹缺陷的主要原因。通过PDCA循环对气刀工艺参数不断优化,同时对锌液中铝元素含量及带钢抖动制定措施加强管控,镀锌家电板表面流纹缺陷已基本解决,产品合格率达99.7%以上。
Abstract: Flow mark defect often appears on the product surface in the production of galvanized appliance board. In order to improve product quality, the influence factors of flow mark are investigated with Pareto analysis method. The results shows that the strip steel jitter, improper adjustment of the air knife parameters and aluminum content exceeded in molten zinc are the main causes of flow marks. By means of continuous optimizing the air knife parameters with PDCA round and controlling of aluminum content and strip steel jitter, the defect of the galvanized appliance board is basically solved. The product passing rate is higher than 99.7%.
