摘要
高新500kV变电站投运13年,经过多次扩建后,已突破原规划,再次扩建时向外征地困难。本次工程主要设计任务是扩建高新变电站5号主变压器,并在220kVⅢ段、Ⅳ段母线其中一段增加分段断路器,形成双母线单分段接线。经过方案比选,5号主变压器布置在原线路高压并联电抗器的位置,避免了征地;结合主变压器布置方案,500kV主变压器进线采用HGIS(混合式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备);220kV配电装置将原有旧间隔改造为本期新增的220kV分段、母联、母线设备等间隔,5号主变压器220kV进线采用GIL(气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路)方式,节约占地,增加了可靠性。本次5号主变压器扩建及220kV母线改造工程设计方案技术合理,不对外征地,满足设计要求。
Gaoxin 500 kV substation has been put into operation for 13 years, afler several expansions, it has exceeded the original planning, the present situation of the substation is exlremely complex. It is diffieuh for land aequisilion to reexpand outward. The main design task is the expansion of the Gaoxin main transformer 5, anti increasing section switch in 220 kV busbar Ⅲ, busbar Ⅳ, forming double busbar single segment wiring. After scheme comparison, main transformer 5 is decorated in the location of the original line of high voltage shunt reactor, avoiding the land acquisition. Combined with the main transformer layout, 500 kV main transformer inlet wire adoptes HGIS. For 220 kV power distribution equipment, transform old interval to the new intervals, such as segmentation', bus coupler, and bus. 220 kV inlet lines of main transformer 5 adopts GIL, savingarea and increasing reliability. The design of transformer 5 expansion and 220 kV bus renovation project is technology-reasonable, without land expansion, and meets the design requirements.
