摘要
针对2BQ-28型三七精密播种机存在播种不均匀、不稳定的问题,运用零速投种原理将导种管的直管结构改成由直线管段与圆弧管段组成的结构.对三七种子在导种管内的运动特性进行分析;建立了满足三七种子零速投种的数学模型,找出了影响投种速度的4个变量,即导种管直线部分与地面水平方向的夹角α、种子在圆弧管段运动的圆心角β、导种管直线部分的长度X、导种管圆弧部分半径R;用MATLAB软件对模型进行了求解,找出了满足零速投种的α、β、X、R的解区间.
For the uneven and instability problems on the type 2BQ-28 notoginseng precision seeder,using the principle of the zero velocity to improve the guide pipe,we put forward the new structure by the straight pipe and arc segments pipe instead the straight pipe structure. We establish the mathematical models which satisfy the zero velocity,and identify four variables which affect the rate of the seeding rate through analyzing the motion characteristics of the seed in the guide tube. The angle between the straight part of the guide tube and the ground horizontal direction α,the arc angle of the circular part of the guide pipe β,the length of straight part of the guide pipe X,and the radius of thecircular part of the guide pipe R are four variables. According to the relationship between these variables,we obtain the solution which meet the zero velocity in MATLAB software.
