一种免化学试剂的氨氮在线检测系统

摘要 针对目前氨气敏电极法测氨氮需要加入氢氧化钠,运行成本高、易引起腐蚀等问题,文中设计了一种基于电渗析自来水取代氢氧化钠的氨氮在线监测系统。利用PLC和触摸屏控制氨氮在线监测系统的操作和运行,上位计算机进行数据存储和管理以及实现远程监控等功能。实验结果表明:该系统操作简单,运行稳定可靠,满足现场在线监测的要求。 In view of the problems that present detected method of ammonia gas sensitive electrode needs to add sodium hydruxide, high running cost and it is easy to cause corrosion, this paper put forward a design and implementation of an on-line monitoring system based on electrodialysis electrolysis of tap water instead of sodium hydroxide. PLC and touch screen were used to control the operation of on-line monitoring system for ammonia nitrogen, and the upper computer implemented data storage and management, as well as remote monitoring functions.The experimental results show that the system operation is simple, stable and running reliably and it can fully meet the requirements of the online monitoring.
