摘要
为了研究吡虫啉、氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟虫双酰胺3种杀虫剂对光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis)成虫的防治效果,采用带叶枝条喷雾法对天牛成虫进行室内防治试验。3种杀虫剂的稀释倍数分别设为:吡虫啉水分散粒剂20 000、30 000、50 000倍,氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂100、300、500倍,氟虫双酰胺水分散粒剂2 500、3 750、5 000倍。对照组喷施清水。结果表明:各处理组天牛成虫的平均存活时长分别为,吡虫啉1.39~2.89 d、氯虫苯甲酰胺1.72~2.97 d、氟虫双酰胺1.72~3.78 d,对照组10.18 d。与对照组相比,3种杀虫剂显著降低了天牛成虫的平均存活时间,6 d内杀虫剂处理组的成虫死亡率达到100%。处理组成虫取食量减少或不取食,显著低于对照组成虫取食量。综上,说明这3种杀虫剂对光肩星天牛成虫均有很好的防治效果。
In order to investigate the insecticide toxicity against the Asian long-horn beetle (ALB), Anoplophora glabripennis a- dults, a series of laboratory hioassays were conducted on following three insecticides, each was sprayed onto the Salix twigs at three different dilutions : imidacloprid (WDG: 20 000, 30 000 and 50 000) , chlorantraniliprole ( SC : 100, 300 and 500), and flubendiamide (WDG: 2 500, 3 750 and 5 000). The control group was sprayed with purified water. The overall average survival time (or longevity) of the ALB adults was 1.39-2.89 d in the imidacloprid group, 1.72-2.97 d in the chlorantraniliprole group and 1.72-3.78 d in the flubendiamide group, respectively, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( 10.18 d). The ALB adult mortalities in the insecticide treatment groups reached 100% within 6 days. The Salix twig consumptions by ALB adults in the treatment groups were either zero or significantly lower than that in the control group. Therefore, three insecticides exhibited strong toxicity against A. glabripennis adults, and might have a great potential for the pest control program.
