摘要 涪陵页岩气田大规模开发带来大量污水的产出。在现实中按照最新国家标准,因其COD、BOD极高,无法直接回注,而直接排放,净化成本很高,只能重复利用。根据上述需求,现场针对开发污水提出了"低成本化学处理+清污混用"的方案。通过室内评价证实使用该方案处理后的污水可以实现绿色高效的重复应用,既对储层低伤害,还能有效抑制页岩水化分散有利于储层保护。 The large-- scale development of Fuling shale gas field has brought a large quantity of wastewater. According to the latest national standard, the wastewater cannot be used for direct reinjection because of high content in COD and BOD. Cost for purification before direct emission is also expensive. Therefore, the field proposes a scheme for wastewater production chemical treatment with low cost and mixed using of wastewater and clean water. Lab evaluation verified that the wastewater processed by this scheme can realize environment--friendly and effective reutilization, which reduces damage to reservoir, effectively elinimate the hydration dispersion of shale and protect the reservoir.
