摘要
本文介绍衰弱综合征的概念和患病率,以及运动疗法的概念和作用机制。运动疗法应用于衰弱综合征有多种模式,临床报道了多项运动处方。
This paper introduced the concept and prevalence of frailty, as well as the concept and mechanism of exercise therapy. For the frailty, there were various modes of exercise therapy, and several exercise prescriptions were reported.
